Job Description:

We’re currently seeking a dynamic individual to join the Away Resorts team as an Assistant Activity Manager. As the heart of the Entertainment & Activities department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of the vibrant Activity programmes, exceeding the expectations of guests.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting the Entertainment & Activity Manager/Activity Manager, taking charge of activity delivery and maintenance with charisma and enthusiasm. Your responsibilities include supervising the team, ensuring activities run smoothly, and handling any queries in the absence of the manager. You will actively engage with guests, owners, and other park teams, fostering positive relationships and contributing to the innovation of our product offerings.

To succeed, you’ll need a background in Holiday Park, Leisure/Hospitality, and Entertainment Industry experiences. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be essential, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various roles within the business. Being adaptable to different social styles, working flexible hours, and embracing unforeseen challenges in a fast-paced environment are traits we value.
