We are currently recruiting for the position of Entertainment Manager for Away Resorts.

As the Entertainment Manager, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering an outstanding Entertainment & Activity Programme, surpassing guest expectations and ensuring unforgettable holiday experiences.

Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from crafting creative evening programs aligned with company brands to overseeing the flawless execution of various activities, such as Bingo, Family stage hosting, Character production, Visiting Acts, and Light entertainment products. The magic of Bear in the Woods, puppeteering, and maintaining high standards in rehearsals will be at the heart of your role.

You’ll be the driving force behind the smooth delivery of daily activities for guests of all ages, maintaining a well-rounded program. Your leadership skills will shine as you ensure your team is fully trained and activities are delivered to a world-class standard. Managing stock, observing activity participants, ensuring a safe environment, and handling online bookings are integral aspects of this multifaceted position.

To thrive in this role, you should bring management experience in guest-facing roles, a background in the holiday/leisure/hospitality industry, and experience in the entertainment sector. Your exceptional team management, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills will set the stage for success.
